Hello to the class of '73! I'm thrilled to find this websit. Brings back lots of great memories from those days. Married for 30 years, 2 daughters. Vicki, Nancy or Pam, if you see this message give me a call, we need to get together! Hope to see everyone at the 35th reunion!
I was thrilled to find this website! I don't even know if anyone remembers me as I kept a low profile. Hee Hee I've yet to go to our class reunion but would love to go this year. Would someone please contact me with information. As for me, divorced, 2 grown kids and 4 grandchildren. I still live and work in Florissant. (creature of habit) Hello everyone!!
I stumbled upon this website and was surprised to see so many names on the guestbook that I recognize. I've stayed in north county and now reside in Ferguson in one of the old century homes. Kids in the neighborhood still attend McCluer and receive a fine education. You get out what you put in!
It's great to see alumni "signing" the guestbook. The reunion committee will be able to contact you when it comes time for the reunion! Please tell any other alumni you still keep in contact with to get on the website and check it out and sign the guestbook! Thanks!
Hi,everyone! Great website! Can't wait for the 35th!! Wish we could do it every year! So much has transpired since the 30th. Briefly,I've been in Florida for 16 yrs,now.. I bought back the tanning salon 2 years ago and I'm single again!! Miss you Patty! Call me! See all soon!!
(whatever happened to Dustpan & Broom??)
WELL HI PEOPLE. JOE MOOONEY WHOIS LOOKING VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY OLD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS SITE. I AM MARRIED AND HAVE ONE LITTLE 9 YEAR OLD GIRL. I PREFORM BRAIN SURGERY ON FIRE ANTS. NOT A VERY LUCRATIVE CARREER! MY BIGGEST QUESTIONS IS OUR THE CHEERLEADERS STILL HOT!!
Great job on the website! It has been an interesting 33+ years since graduation. After living in nine different states I think we have finally settled down. Such is the life of a mining engineer! Look forward to seeing friends at the 35th. Perhaps some of the "dirty thirty" members will attend.
Thanks to Connie Luecke for telling me about the website. What have I been doing for 30+ years? You've got to be kidding... Perhaps we'll catch up at the next reunion. Greetings to the class of '73. McCluer was and still is a great school--my two children graduated from McCluer in 2005!
Hi everyone. We all are together for a mini reunion here in columbia, mo this weekend. We've been making this an annual event. We have a great time looking through the old yearbooks and talking about the good memories of the class of 73. What did ever happen to the Gerbil Club? Does anyone remember Tammy DeWitt's New Year's Eve party in 1972? Does anyone remember when Miss Pavletic sang "My Boyfriends back" in front of two English classes?
We're all over 50 now - that's crazy! I don't think there is a day when I don't think about McCluer. I just hope everyone realizes just how good it was - our teachers provided us with some really first-rate experiences.
Just wanted to let you all know that I am still alive and going strong....tried to e-mail one of the committee members, but the link didn't work for me. Please put me on the list serve for info about our reunion as plans progress!
Thanks for your hard work so far.... the web site looks great.
Attended the first meeting last night as a newcomer to the Class of 73' reunion committee!
The main concern of all is to contact all of us 73' grads!! So get the word out that were looking for all of "us" and to log on to the website and let us know their where abouts!!!
As I said in my messge to you earlier today, you have done a very nice job on this website. Whenever I've come into town to visit my mother or sister, I drive past McCluer. Please add me to your list of "found" alumni. Does anyone know what happened to Randy Rackley? He was a neighbor of mine...a good person. Best regards, Gerri Hesketh
i love mccluer. i see it everyday when i past going to work. i love going to it. does anyone remember when they took the picture from the air for the year book. or does anyone remember going to younglife at night.
hi all. my brother joe herrod was a 73 grad. if any one knew him please contact me love to know all that knew him. i do miss him alot. allso anyone knew bob(robert dunlap)or jim outman please fell free to contact me
I am a 2003 graduate of McCluer and am glad to see that there used to be some school spirit at McCluer. Also I think its ironic that when our class graduated 30 years later, it was also a rainy night in June. Thanks for putting together a website. It is beautiful. Go Comets!
As a senior at McCluer High school, it gives me great pleasure to look at McCluer's past. It seems that the class of '73 had a great time, and I am really jealous of your covered walkways and giant stage! I have no idea what happened to all of this stuff, but you guys sure had it good!
What a nice website! The pictures are a nice touch...brought back some memories. Thanks to Bill and the reunion volunteers for all of their work. It is really nice to see the "spirit" continue! Time does pass so quickly...
Thanks for the info, brings back lots of memories! Although we moved from St Louis almost 10 years ago, I spent 11 years working for the Ferguson/Florissant School District and my last 6 at McCluer. It was a real experience working with many of the teachers we use to try to avoid. I'm sure most have retired by now, but as an adult, I saw them in a whole different light. Thanks for giving us a way to catch up, I know it takes a lot more work then we think.
Great job on the web site!!! I must admit, weighing in on the poll, I was torn as to how to vote. However, remembering how much time I spent in Porky's office, I had to vote for the Bombast!!! LOL Long live Phil Krenshaw!!!
Hope everybody enjoys the "new" website! Our 35th Reunion will be coming up quickly so anyone interested in helping and joining the committee please email one of us and we will make sure to let you know when we start planning, which will be very soon!
